  1. Exactly. Always backed Vale, and.thought he was just having a rough patch... truly showing what he can do when he's on form
  2. Personally speaking, my knees are made if cheese (multiple meniscus tears on one knee and ligament damage on both knees) so I take as much precaution as I can. If I come off (and chances are I will at some point) I don't want my knees to resemble grated cheese. Plus with modern knee guards, some of them you hardly notice when wearing them, even when pedalling up... I say knee pads on all rides.
  3. Yep. That pass, though! Jeepers that was good.
  4. Just watched the last 10 laps on SS. WHAT A RACE! Rossi back at his best. Silly move by Marquez at the last corner, but he was desperate.
  5. Plus, some of us don't want to analyze every iota of our rides on the go. Just HR & speed. Leave the rest for the laptop / computer after training.
  6. When!? I think I'll be in for that. Could definitely benefit from one of your skills sessions, Dan.
  7. The Winter rains finally arrived here in Cape Town after about 7 months without any, and we were happy to break out our long forgotten wet weather gear and long sleeves. We headed off to Eselfontein, a very popular piece of MTB heaven, featuring more than 100km of single track, just outside Ceres. Farm owner, trail builder, mountain biker, Enduro rider and all round legend Deon, transformed almost 2500ha of land into a must-do mountain biking experience. From tight single track in the Poplar woods, to river crossings, to elevations higher than the top of Table Mountain with amazing panoramic views, its got everything. Click here to view the article
  8. If it has 380w, it'll have to aim a bit lower than that... Less power than me...
  9. Wasn't Gem clothing, by any chance?
  10. If there's one thing I've learnt through dealing with Parks, and knowing people who deal with Parks on a daily basis, I'll tell you this: Piece of string, 1 length of.
  11. if it were 25 years ago I'd have suggested the old double story Reggies in central Durban (think it was Musgrave road?) That place was without a doubt the single best place for any sort of toy.
  12. It's not constituted, if that's what you're asking. No AGM. No elections.
  13. Back to the Vagina Driving Miss Vagina Anatomy of a Vagina All the Presidents Vaginas All About my Vagina All Quiet on the Vagina Front The Baker's Vagina The list is endless. So deep and captivating...
  14. Schindler's Vagina Star Wars: Revenge of the Vagina The Vagina Strikes Back A new Vagina Mad Vagina Finding Vagina American Vagina An American Vagina in Paris...
  15. Thing is it hasn't been approved. So therefore no issue of signage. They should not have to signpost everywhere you are NOT allowed to cycle. I agree that the signage issue is one that is historically a sore-point (Tokai in particular) but this is not the case in this instance. No allowance for cycling on the Cork Tree Trail as of yet. Agreement in Principle, yes. But not approved by the higher-ups and put into place. Until then, it remains an illegal trail from an MTB perspective, and as such you are riding rogue if you are riding there.
  16. Band of Brothers. Okay, technically not a movie, more a mini series - but I reckon it's the single best war movie out.
  17. Shot Tim. Forgot about that. Brain not here today.
