Dr Seuss,At least this time we got at least a hour in the race to warm up before the fun started!! Was like a training ride.Warm up for a hour,Do 2xmax hill intervals and FTP all the way back!! The rider from MTN that got 3de,is he a new rider with you guy's?Don't know him but he was storng on the second climb(worked for Douglas for a good while) and in the sprint for 3de he made me and Graham look like we were looking for Parking!!

I need some advice.I can get this frame for what I think is a real bargain(R3500.00),the frame is still in a good condition but I don't know much about these Carbon Full suss frames. What do you guy's think?Is it a good frame and a good prize??

Wolverine,I don't think he is strong enough to go one on one in the mountains!!He clearly does not like the pace changes and attacking,he prefers to stay with a steady pace,but he has been up there everyday.So he must be strong and should try something,the only way to put Rassmussen under some real pressure now is if he has to start focusing on more than just Contador.But he has to go before the last climb.

I think they should start using Levi,He has just been sitting there waiting for something to go wrong.He looks to be comfortable,so why not send him out on the second last climb and make Rabobank chase?He is still close on GC so they will have to chase him.If they decide to just focus on contador then Levi might just make up some time and Levi will be stronger in the final TT.

Anybody that thinks Boonen is faster than Robbie at the moment should have his eyes tested!!! If sprinting was just about being the fastest he could have had at least 3 to 4 stages.Go and watch the replay's.

Christie,hoop jy is sommer vinnig weer reg!!! Lessons learned. 1.Sprinting while cramping ,she's no good for the legs!! 2.Trying to chase down a 2 min gap on the break before Boulders,She's no good for the legs!!! 3.Getting one moer of a scare when some dude in the break tells you a car ran over your friend,she's no good for the legs and hart!!! I have to agree with Bruce,it's all mind games!!At that level he must believe he can take Boonen.He has already finished ahead of him in a couple of sprints this year so it's all a matter of making Boonen feel stronger than he might really be!! It is very very hard for any sprinter no matter who you are to get it right everyday!!
