  9. our team rode in walk in doctor kits, I suffered from the start, suffered the first cramp at 50km, we had to stop and set the damper on the front shock and let some air out of the tyres, we all rode hardtails and suffered bad on those roads, to the gentleman that offered me his crampblock pills, you saved my life buddy, 5 mins after I took the pills I started feeling the legs, but blew again on the Bergplaas climp, the soup and coffe gave me some needed warmth and we did a nice trek to 176km where I was feeling well, but after the chocolate milk and the chip roll I just never found the legs again and suffered all the way to the finish and finished with a time of 15h30m
