Dangle you'll be able to give me a guideline as to what sort of training I should be doing on an IDT since I took a tumble and cracked my arm, the muscles are more or less OK now, just cant get out with the arm yet, my fitness is about 30% does one do interval training and push hard in Dec on the bike when I am able to be on it again?

I need some help guys, sitting with a cracked arm and hip that's not lekker, also inside of my right leg sometimes hurt when walking, I took a tumble Saturday before last. I started yesterday on the IDT, but couldn't manage for too long, since there is only 8 weeks of training left and I am on about 30% fitness. Do you recommend I do intervals on the trainer till I can get back on the bike 2nd/3rd week in Dec, or should I just kiss my Atta entry good bye?

I got rid of my Scott aspect 26er and got an Axis A10, I am 183, 100km, did the Karoo to Coast in 5h and will be doing the Attakwas extreme in January if my cracked arm heels in time for me to get training again, Axis bikes are awesome value for money, they have done the Epic with no Mechanicals, I wont be so stupid to go for the branded bikes again, Titan, Momsen and Axis got some sweat deals
