    Thanks man, the hub is an awesome place. Put an add up on the classifieds and was lucky I guess. Guy even took it to pyga and got them to put a new badge on. For me and engrave my name on the frame. Apparently on these your name is the serial no.

    Not sure it doesn't say anything but Team Vitality cashback. It does take some time to go into your account. I haven't done any events this year yet other than xterra but it will look something like this on your statement.

    did 200 this morning at crossfit, walking a bit funny, as for helping with cycling? big heart and fitness normally works best. For me at least.
