Biggest fox service i've had was R550, new low bushes, dust seals, oil etc. Not sure on Rock, but they are probably cheaper.....the fox is oh so smooth, so worth the service cost every 6-8 months.

Did you change just the cable and not the housing? if that is the case you need to change the housing as well.
