if you like it to be almost locked out get the compression setting changed at Fox for R1000, get it changed to high compression.

Basically you have to use it all the time, every exercise for it to be accurate. Its a guideline for your average basically, zones outside (above threshold obviously) are meant to happen. Mine generally is 78-85%,my race average generally comes in for 85% for 3 hours plus races but is higher for shorter ones.

My rear CK hub has had issues as well, the freehub keeps on coming loose and i have had to replace 4 bearings in the last 6 months at a cost of R2500, so much for going for quality!!!

had a friend who had two 40's front wheels spokes snap on him......got them swopped out for Zipps instead.

How about the stuff up with the Knysna MTB races where the wont be used in seeding cos of some lame excuse that the tiiming company recorded it in a format that isnt acceptable for the systems!!Doesnt even show on their systems!!!!! Super Pi&^ed as i caned the 85km and would of been great for my seedings!!!

Why is it so hard to get a Dt swiss 240 Front hub in this country??? trying to build up a 20mm TA matching front wheel and the supplier doesnt have any!! I could just get from CRC but would like to support LBS!! Thoughts and solutions anyone?
