  1. Fietsryers is nie dom nie.... They are Oxygen deprived... That is why we are do dofffffff! The harder you train the more oxygen is needed for your muscles and the brain goes into a shut down mode to use less oxygen because it is needed elsewhere. That is why someone that is not fit sometimes passes out after doing somehing very strenious. Wondered about this for some time aswell and now we all know.

  3. Groot Lem - it is because of comments like this that cycling is where it is currently ... rather try and be more positive and say something that makes sense and leave your sarcasm at home ... you obviously have NO inclination of what is currently happening, so rather comment on something that you have an understanding off.
  4. Used to be TOM JENKENS!

Ek verkoop hulle omdat ek so baie het.

Ek wil so R3000 vir hulle he, hulle is net oor n jaar oud en nie baie mee gerace nie. click to enlarge http://www.amclassic.com/images/mag_tubular.jpg Our new magnesium tubular is unparalleled in the cycling industry. It is the fastest accelerating, best cornering race wheel available. Magnesium is lighter and more durable than carbon. The decreased rotational weight of Mag rims allow the rider to reach speed quickly and hold it longer with lower energy output. 16. Hey Crux, great picks, ek het jou mos belowe!!!
  17. Dankie julle!
  18. Yip, enjoyed it tooooo!!! Nice to be a spectator for a change! Congrats to everyone who finished and to those who came short and got the scars and broken bikes to prove it!
  20. Unexceptable!!! When youre a pro or not, rich or poor, doesnt make you any better than anybody else. The customer is always right and should get the best service possible, regardless. People dont take pride in what they do anymore, thats why this country is in the state its in!!!

    .

Hey Dudes and Dudetts... Its quite simple why they have selected the riders that they have! In order to compete at the B-grade World Champs you cannot have any UCI points on 1 January 2007. If you do like 90% of us, its a NO, NO - thus it illiminates all your top riders.
  22. You know, I'm glad to see Nick and Harmony's involvement in cycling. Its an absolute blessing to the sport. At the provincial champs this weekend I was absolutely astonished to see 6 new junior ladies on the start line. Elsa karstens introduced me to them, and once again amaised that they were all from a home and most of them orphans! Harmony and everyone involved....WELLLL DONE!!!!!!!!
  23. George - Mean Machine Cycles... Germiston, might be a bit out of range, built my wheels for years!
  24. So...TitusT, if jou have wheels with different dishes, what would you have to reset all the time....the gears or the break calipers? Cherry2007-03-16 10:34:31
  25. whateva... Im not talking about clusers.... its the dish... why would you have to set gears on the same wheel with different cluster...if its a ne wcluster every time..no problem....worn clusters ....of course you have to set the gears! I might be a girl but can strip a bike and build it up again with no spare parts...done this for 14 years... im sure i would be able to tell the difference! Yes it is new on the market and there would always be hassles in the beginning, still a good brand!
