Over the past couple of months I've seen a lot of guys on the hub have a go at the LBS or local suppliers! I would just like to say thanks to Ronel and the rest of the crew at ASG, I had a problem with bib shorts i had received from them at the sani2c they swapped the item out and made me believe that there are still suppliers out there who will go above and beyond to help their customers. just wanna give credit where it is due.......thank you ASG

in other words... on the way home i buy a burger from franchise A owned by Joe, while eating in my car i find the lettuce to be off, i then drive to "same branded" franchise B owned by Sam and expect him to fix my problem even though the guy didn't make a cent on the deal. Cycle lab should be the ones sorting this out. they made the cash on the original deal.

the 70km not an easy 1, what i remember from last year.

wrists and hands.. carpal tunnel, ulnar nerve entrapment.
