How long to you take for K2C. Will be my first one. My K2C was 4h38 in 2011. What time should I expect if my fiitness is the same?

Will be my first one. Will travel the Saterday morning before the race from Melkbos. A coule of cold ones after the race and then travel back.

Phentermine is on itself not the problem (they do not take it for weight loss). It mask the real performance drug. If it did not mask the real performance drug, it would'nt have been on the list.

They use this drug to mask the performance drugs that they use. The drug on its own will not help your performance. Shelck brother was banned last year for simmiliar drug

I have heard that one should not use carbon crease when inserting seatpost. This will cause seatpost to get stuck in frame. Is this true?

I have entered K2C and Seweweekspoort this year (done both before - great). Have never doen H&B. Want to enter this year. I believe there are different options when staying over in the Hell (1st day). Which option is the best? Which camping area are you talking about where family can stay over?

Why not use the rubber stripo. You will have problems with only the yellow rim tape
