I think his attitude towards the doping over the years cost him the titles, not the doping itself.

It differs from person to person. I used to train with a friend that was the same age and we were more or less the same on performance as well. I was constantly 10 beats a minute higher than him. Ave HR and Max

I enjoyed the route, single track was great, but some of the climbs were brutal. Ended up climbing 705m in 20km. Didn't mind the fences, added so spice to the race. A lesson or two to learn on the organising side, but I'm sure they will get it right next time.

Why don't you use a bond originator? They sometimes have connections that will see the deal through.

I started with crossfit in April and I love it. It's a general fitness boost and you gain strength.

I think the biggest loser in this whole case will be be cycling as a sport. The team sponsors will run for the hills like Rabobank allready did.
