Nasty crash this morning. Thank goodness for a helmet. Concussed and waiting for X-rays on shoulder, but I think something is broken. Thanks to WJ who stopped to assist if you happen to read this. Wasn’t able to check if the bike is okay, but I really hope so.

Okay, okay... It's not Friday yet, so I'll retract my above statement. I think it is really silly. Purely aesthetics on a mountain bike in my opinion which is not worth the effort. Some things that look really cool warrant the effort, but I don't count this as one of them. PITA.

Don’t all bikes have electronic groupsets these days? It is 2023.

Flexing

I would be interested in this to use it on a belt drive for a gravel or touring bike. i.e. Single speed belt set-up which now has the capability of a different ratio. One "gear" for climbing. One "gear" for smashing flats. Thoughts?

In very simple terms - it would depend on where you ride and how aggressive you ride. The Hyrax would be able to take bigger hits. The drawback would be that it is a slightly heavier. The Tig is lighter, but slightly less aggressive comparing to the Hyrax. I think both of them are awesome alloy trail bikes and either one serves a wide variety of riding, so you'd probably be fine choosing either one. On a personal note - I ride a Hyrax, but my riding style (at the moment) is probably not aggressive enough to enjoy all that this bike offers, but I do love it and would not change it for anything. I see it as something I can grow into.

You all are quite courageous to place your bets before the INRNG previews https://inrng.com/ He is on the money more often than not. In terms of my own prediction - the previous time we had a winner that was sort of predicted was 2018 in Sagan. So I think it is time one of the big favourites take a win again. WVA has something to prove after his lackluster (by his standards) performance on Sunday, so going with him.
