    Enjoy trying to stand up from the loo for the next two days!! LOL. I'm a 3 times a week crosfitter. There are supports and haters. Everyone to their own. I've been very happy with the results and the variety keeps me motivated. There's also that inner competitive spirit cyclists have that just plays nicely with Crossfit Workouts. Hope you enjoyed.

    Have to agree. Bikes even have their own turning lane and their own traffic lights.

    And before you thing SAF is bad. Audi A6 3.0 TDi is over 1 million Krona. So about R1.8 bar and personal income tax is 62% with VAT at 25% !! Oh, and it's piss cold, and rainy.

    I'm in Copenhagen at the moment. More bikes than cars :-) Just fantastic!!

    I know a few very fast Ironmen. They all use HRM and Power in training and exclusively use TrainingPeaks with a coach. All race without HRM. Feedback is that they know their bodies so well after all that training it offers no value in a race. But definitely used in training.

    GPS doesn't work great in dense and built up areas. I use GPS and for example in the new "Enchanted Forrest" at Northern Farms it does not read too well, too much tree cover.

    Yesterday Northern Farms. Tyler, 11 Years old. 2nd ride with cleats. 28km ride with my wife.

    Yesterday at Northern Farms with my boys. Love the smile on Chad's face. 8 Years Old. Ended up just under 20km ride.

    Not good grip with such an overbite.

    Mostly Sondela and surrounding parks. Sondela has 50km of marked trails. Going to the coast for Easter. Planning on riding Hola every other day. Best gadget, must be my fire gas rod for lighting fires. I'm lazy.

    I did Park Renie every Easter for 10 years and then Rock Bay for the next 3!!! Used to put stones on the railway tracks and watch the fishermen launch their boats every morning. Good times.

    After a fatal rock strike on my Epic I've made the transition to the Camber. Expert Evo. She's beautiful!!

    Will be really cool if they take the technology beyond the bicycle, adding to their motorbike GPS systems, etc.

    I think it awesome. Two great South African Sport Ambassador's riding together in the worlds biggest Stage Race. Will definitely be watching their progress.
