    My first ever ride at Breedts this morning. Clocked up 70km. Thank heavens the last 20km roll downhill. Beautiful ride though. What a gem.

    Goes to show that nothing is a guarantee in life. Here's a good sponsor with the right riders who produce results, race clean and represent their sponsors 7 days a week and even that's not enough. Well it looked like a great four years and definitely was good for our sport. #respect

    From where if I may ask? I'm yet to find a single shop that has Rear Derailure Medium Cage, I-spec B rear shifter and 11-42 cassette IN STOCK.

    Anyone know if I can use my existing XT clutch RD just change the Guide & Tensioner Pulleys? I assume bottom and top range is the same as the cassette is the same width as 10 speed and then new 11 speed shifter will handle the indexing correctly?

    Have you not seen how much a cyclist will spend to shed 90g ?? Also, it's a *** strap for running IMO. But each to their own.

    That stainless strap is beautiful but weighs a ton. Much better to use the black strap for training.

    So far so good with new firmware. Charged the phone Friday night after Critical Mass and still going strong this morning.

    I bought my wife a VivoActive. Had it for a week. Awesome watch but have had serious battery issues. Battery full and the next morning flat! I updated to 3.0 firmware last night. Let's see if it's any better.

    GPS issues resolved in the new firmware released earlier this week.

    Nice. I always store my syringes with the plunger removed and in a ziplock bag to keep them clean.

    I've got the 18-200 from Canon. Great take one lens along solution. It does battle in low light past 120mm. But that's to be expected I suppose.

    Out with the boys..... 11 years, 8 years and 7 years. 22km Sunday afternoon. These are my best and most favorite rides. No need for XX1, TSS, GPS ........ Just ride :-)
