    What I usually do is, I asked my LBS to box the bike for a small fee and then I send it with Courier Guy.

    Why do you say Rapide is aggressive? Sure, give it a lekker fork and it will be aggressive. I've done thousands of km's on my Rapide, 100mm of travel and mostly gravel roads. And it is just as capable in the mountains. Best bike I've ever owned.

    You can buy a Rapide frame with peace of mind, mine is going on 20k km, my only bike.

    I am no wheel builder, but you might have a cracked / damaged rim. It happened to me, I broke a lot of spokes on one specific rim.

    Even with the amount of km's I did on my Rapide, I still enjoy my bike. This is still my only bike. 17,709.8 km (according to Strava).
