  1. From the guys who completed all of the challenges, how is the winner decided? Random number generator draw? Coolest bike wins? Most difficult name to pronounce gets it? Do all of the entrants already have a partner? If you win and you're solo I'm happy to be a team mate
  2. I'd give my left knut for that Honda. *drool*
  3. No, Husquvarna had those rights, and then sold them to GasGas/Ossa. I've always thought that the front sprocket around the swingarm pivot was a great idea.
  4. Wish I had come across this challenge when it first came up - it's a great way to keep motivated and get out there regularly.
  5. That would be awesome! It would dominate the market if it came about. And be the final nail in the coffin of my business...
  6. Plus 20% fun sounds like about 19.3% more than I currently get...
  7. I understand completely - I'm the importer for a dirt bike brand in SA, but working for Yamaha sounds much better! Especially pre release testing! I wouldn't turn my nose up if they came knocking
  8. How did you get that right? How do I become involved??
  9. I love the Firebolt! All the cool features mentioned, plus the front disc around the edge of the wheel. It may be the same wheel base as an RS125 but it certainly doesn't feel like one! (I had an RS125) but it's hilarious! It vibrates and shakes so much and feels like a bit of a monster when you pull away. I wouldn't want to be on one for a long period of time, but for blasting around its awesome. The K1300R is also a great bike - silky smooth and very very quick! Did you all see the new Africa Twin that they unveiled yesterday? They've been teasing it at shows recently, but its finally official: New Honda Africa Twin revealed
  10. I like the tech behind it, looks like it would work well. But I agree with Marius - it's ugly. And I'm a massive BMC fan, and have a BMC roadbike! The previous TE01 looked dreamy, but this one does not float my boat. EDIT - Maybe it just needs a better colour scheme?
  11. Is it more difficult to seat the tyre onto the wider rim?
  12. Drool... That supercharger chirp must be an addictive sound to hear
  13. I love that little CRF. I'm following a blog of a couple from Amsterdam who are riding a pair of them through Africa - they've come all the way down and are now going back up. Faultless so far. After having lots of bigger bikes, I'm finding myself attracted more and more to the little engines again.
  14. If we can get this right, I'll be stoked. I'll be there as often as possible shoveling dirt around to make it awesome. Trail builders have to test what they build, no?
  15. They will when they see my car...
  16. Aah man... I was looking forward to the meeting to get more clarity from parks...
  17. Enter now, and if you can't ride it then you can donate your entry to me
  18. That sounds awesome! Why have I not done these before?
  19. Where's that topic about the meeting tomorrow at The Range? Is that still happening? What time?
  20. Yay! I'll make every effort to be there. Is Myles still buying the drinks?
  21. Can I just ask - if you're planning on spending most of your time off road, then why not get the 690 Enduro? *obviously too late now, but I'm still interested to know.
  22. All this talk about loud pipes really makes me miss my KTM supermoto - that thing had a bark like nothing else. And the popping and flames on the over run... aaghhh, drooool But damn, I felt bad starting it up before dawn had cracked - especially over the weekend. It would wake people up three suburbs away.
