anyone find that this trainer doesn't offer enough resistance? And I am in no way alluding to the fact that I might be a powerhouse, just cant seem to find a high resistance even with a 53x11

Thanks Jason, yip bought lights would have been easier, but price wise... eish. Plus these lights give off fantastic light. Haven't touched a football in two years... you? MichH, I'll give the bike shops a bash, but 1 or two I've tried haven't been that interested in helping me. Who do you think will help?

ok, so I got my homemade light set - now I need to make some device to connect them to my handlebars... So anyone (technically minded) who has any ideas (for someone not tehcnically minded) feel free to advise. The bottom pics are the light. The part the LEDs are mounted onto is made of metal if that helps.

To let everyone know - found the book at Westdene cycles, R325. They also had stacks of Park tool tools (huh?) and they seemed reasonably priced.

Doc I assume that you use it on your seatpost as well?

Well, yes, but I figured the guy would check before buying that the tool will do the job... So if I cant find said measurements - what should I use as an estimation? Or is this asking for trouble?

Hmmm, haven't checked for that. Torque wrench? Is this a normal hardware store tool, or a bike specific one?

How tight can you tighten the stem around CF handlebars? How can you measure this?
