get hold of the distributors of Polar Products, not sure of their name right now (do a search on the hub) They run regular courses on how to get the most out of your polar ito training zones, guides, analysis etc. Really good and will add a new dimension to your training. Then after a year, you will start reading the power training forums and long for one for yourself.

ok, update on this. On Friday at the expo, one of the guys from Omnico actually lent me his own wheel to use for the race! Got my wheel back yesterday, but haven't ridden it yet, so cant comment on work done on the wheel. But in the meantime, Kudos to Linden cycles and Omnico!

I have a set, bought them for R2000 in JHB. In terms of performance, I was really happy with them, they performed well, rolled easy and seemed strong. See my other post (what sets bike shops apart) for more detail, but they are currently in for fixing (back wheel is flexing, causing the brake to rub when cornering) So in a couple of days I'll be able to tell you what after sales service is like...
