I rode with a set of them for over 2 years, they look fantastic and are very stiff but, and this is the but: they are very twitchy, they take some getting used to, I was afraid to ride at speed with them in the beginning. PS: the guy wants way too much for them in his ad, they go for 2500 - 4500

I agree that prices are absolutely ridiculous. I try to keep the prices as low as possible but the parts, even for a 26er are stupid. I mean have a look at the tire prices here in SA. Just to go tubeless adds like close to R1500 to the overall price. The market will eventually turn but for now the demand outweighs the supply. PS: I built and sold an aluminum Giant Trance (also 26er) less than two weeks ago for R10k. I have had a few "dodgy looking" profiles which turned out to be perfectly legit. But not saying that this is the same but ya, we all had a profile that was once "only a month old" 😁
