I think some guys would be able to do it in 2.45 - 3.00. Prize giving is 13:00. Some guys just ride for fun and will be out most of the day.

If you pay R30 000 for a bike make sure you have another R30 000 if the bike get stolen. I do not have another R30 000, so I insure mine. But like tnt said, if it get stolen, I don't want it back. I buy a new one.

I have crossmarks front and back. They do not corner very nice, but I took of the little round knob with cross on the side of the tire. They corner much better now.

I love Nutella, but it will never get on my bread. I just eat it out of the jar.

I used eggbeaters on my road bike as well, but I used to get a hot spot under both my feet. I changed to road shoes and the problem was gone. Still use the same eggbeater setup with my mtb and do not have a problem.

My FSA team issue is 3 years old. I had no problems at all. Just get something with external BB.
