As far as I know it is illegal. However,we are travelling backwards and forwards to Medupi with permits on that road. My friends in Botswana believe that because it is lockdown in the greater Gaborone they have all upped and buggered off to the CKGR,Okavango,Savuti,Chobe etc on a holiday.No worries there about essential services permits it seems
