Hi all, i think the tital explains itself. here's a long shot but can an XTR 9 speed shifter work with an XTR 10 speed rear derailleur or are the ratios just too different? Wondering if i can upgrade slowly in pieces or all at once. JB i'll be interested in your take on this . Thanx all.

Motivation...how about cancer from all the crap in processed foods? Want to see yuor kids grow up then change your habits. Try having a smoorthie for breakfast. i make a 500ml smoothie with milk, whey,beetroot,goji berries, dates,raw oats,oat bran,spinach, different seeds, sometimes yoghurt added in but usually water. and then drink a big glass of water afterwards. Keeps me energetic till lunch. Then the rest of the day, more veg, less carbs and less meat because now you wont be able to afford meat. and most important, no snacking inbetween on crap. get some ricecakes.

Easton for sure, but the replacement rims are specific and expensive at best. Definitely prefer Eastons over Xt though. Have a set of XC ones and brilliant for years.

No, be clever about it. Tell the guy you'll sell it on consignment. Phone the cops and owner and get the bike back to him. Then arrange for a sting op when the thief comes back they can nab him...or the owner can with his van full of guys in balaclavas...er hem.

I dont use the shop in Hout Bay anymore since they replaced my brakes after they were supposed to fix my broken seal and charged me full price for the new set,.....and kept my old brake set.....bad business practice if you ask me. Havent been back since.
