I did last year's race, and it was also mud to the hubs. So, I don't think we can blame the "current" weather. I think the race is on a vlei which will always be muddy. At MuxMan: Also, I understand that ppl put a lot of effort into organising the race, but the racers have the right to complain. Just check the compition thing. I asked my insurance whether the 94.7 counts as a "non covered race" and the answer was yes. If you ride in an event where someone can win, it's a race and not covered.
