  1. Ek voorsien twee probleme: Genoeg ZAR om bike te koop, bank balans lyk soos Zim se betalings balans. Laas week vir medies gegaan, raak ook oud en lyk my 2cm in lengte verloor, geen manier 1.71m pas op large. As ek kon, sou ek! Dit is my droom bike.
  2. How about a move to Michelton Scott, to tie up with Brent Copeland again from Lampre days. Ps. Louis can replace Adam’s position at the back of peleton
  3. Gummi, when did you get the Trek? Scenery and bike beautiful.
  4. With you on this. Bike with DT Swiss wheels, suspension, dropper post. Those limited edition hubs and spoke on the Canyon Lux keep me up at night. Pivot...do like the "story and engineering" but aesthetically does nothing for me.
  5. Early stages more used the disk bikes, think even in the Pyrenees. Aru`s pay check is now transferred to Pogacar.
  6. Hub member as well, think Bongo, that sells FSA and Vision products.
  7. Living the dream! Build a track at the local primary school, took three years of my event entry fees to fund, just for the school to decide a rugby field suit their needs better. The rugby field was not build the last 30 years, cant see it being done post Covid. Wayne their is a few well respected trail builders in SA (Hilton, Bennet, Conrad) always willing to share their knowledge. Personally made use of a guide from IMBA, in our region earth erosion is a problem and also the soil. The joy to see people ride your trail, priceless.
  8. Wayne did you receive your Colnago from team UAE?Pogacar was on non-disk bike for this stage.
  9. After reading the CN article of Porte this morning I hope it is Porte going all out.
  10. Not a Sagan fan. If you look at that picture, Sagan was level/over his bike with elbows out. Wout was leaning left and not align/over his bike center of gravity. Harsh call from my view.
  11. Not sure if this posted before. https://www.cyclingnews.com/features/tour-de-france-bikes-a-closer-look-at-tadej-pogacars-colnago-v3rs/ Photo credits mr John Wakefield. Beautiful bike, just the campy disc rotors I do not like the look off.
  12. Ineos and Jumbo both replaced their wheels with more exotic ligther versions than the shimano. Adam...he is still on his shimano with different depths front and back. Would the deeper wheel at the back help with his descending considering his size and weight?
  13. This is me, our second child is a month old! My best bet at owning a new bike is to win that Titan Racing Cypher. Second son has a family name, would like to have named him Elia, dis not get approval, so it is Tom, atleast still a cyclist name.
  14. Make the guy an offer. From the pictures only the handlebar tape needs replacement, my mom taught me pink and red do not go together. If you want to be bling, change handlebar tape to black Supacaz with red stars.
  15. How does she/he ride? First local ride review for Scalpel SE coming up. Looks beautiful, my OCD can handle the color mismatch. It was a pleasure spending your money and fulfilling my ultimate dream bike build. My bike broker/consultant invoice, Brother Bike Co, is on its way. Enjoy your bike.
  16. Wayne congrats on the new bike. Just know the bike is going to be and look awesome. The bike is going to be a great addition to your bike collection. Enjoy her/him, safe and happy miles.
  17. Thought Elia Viviani would be up there in the sprint today.
  18. Not the best day personally and at the office. At least this thread brought a smile to my face.
  19. Sanchez custom Spanish champion bike looks beautiful.
  20. Fan of team EF, the bikes, gear, clothes, mr Uran but not a fan of JV.
  21. Woods leaving probably the reason.
