  1. Congrats, more pictures please
  2. Christie thank you for your reply and valuable inputs. Great coffee one tick to Mythos. Longevity one tick to Jura. The drawback of the platteland living, no showrooms.
  3. My training this year has been almost Zero. Spending money on anything bike related would be a expensive coat hanger. From childhood have always wanted a Seaco bean-to-cup machine, but seems they are no longer popular. Is the R7k premium to buy Jura E8 over a Mythos X1 2.0 worth it?

    The Munga 2020

On my school ride this morning he came in on mtb hardtail with Tri-bars and lights. Came 23rd last year. Not exactly sure when he started around 2016 to cycle with his daughter.

    The Munga 2020

Will be watching the dot of Frank du Plessis from Upington. Taken up cycling only few years ago and this is Munga nr 3 or 4.
  9. Euro jersey should get some air time.
  10. Very nice bike, to scared to look at the price.
  11. The wedge paint scheme and bb area with storage gives the bike a Dimond look. https://bikehub.co.za/classifieds/item/triathlon-and-time-trial-bikes/394491/dimond-marquise-disc-sram-axspowersmall-crack
  12. Thanks Nick. Soos my ..... gelees. I should read the article again. Seen three international sites that states a CF 5 frame for top of the range bike and CF 3 frame for rest. Other site shows CF 4 main frame with CF 5 rear stays.
  13. Congrats, many safe happy miles!!! PS. Those cables need tiding up. The loop to big. I raise you TriRig: https://cyclingtips.com/2020/11/redesigned-tririg-omega-one-rim-brake-that-makes-you-faster/ Be the envy of all the disc bikes. Enjoy your DC.
  14. Are there stock in SA of these bikes? On an Australian website, limited supply to them in December and the 8000 only in April.

  17. I do like the bikes. Value for money the bikes loose out on the Titan Racing Cypher range. Both Merida and Titan has same distributor. Merida1s for some reason unknown to me never sell high volumes in SA. Buying a new bike with these prices is not an option for me. However holding out to see if their is specials late in 2021. To be honest, this bike is now my number 1 shortly followed by the Cypher.
  18. Never.Take it some parts are sponsered.

  22. Please look into Dangerholm. He modifies his bikes to the extreme, do all the graft himself. Sanding down paint to bare carbon, stripping fork lowers to magnesium, polishing hubs and bolts. Yes I am a fanboy of his work.
  23. All of his bikes is art. Cant wait for the intigrated shift and brake lever, that project musr be going on to 2 years.
  24. You beat me to it. That is a Spark I will ride. Dangerholm is talented!
  25. How do you decide which bike to take out?
