  1. Cost Tahir 2 demerit points and 30% of his match fee, and possibly contributed to the slow over rate leading to a team fine and a warning to the captain. See how the Aussie media use this whole incident when we get over there.
  2. I'd give it to Warner. What an entertainer! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  3. Well played Warner. Tahir gets the last laugh after what looked like some words between him and Warner earlier. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  4. Brilliant batting from Warner. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  5. What a run-out! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  6. 300/5 with 17 balls left. Lets have some fun.
  7. Well played Rilee. 122 off 118 balls. Came in when SA. were stuttering at 37/2. Classy knock
  8. Don't look, but we are 259/4 with 8 overs to go. 320 to 330 perhaps?
  9. The Aussies will go to their hotel thinking wtf?!
  10. Yesterday's action was in many ways even better than the first ODI. We lost the toss, got sent in to bat, and then proceeded to put a very respectable total on the board. Then when we took the field for the Aussie innings we simply smashed them. It was another splendid 11 man performance. And remember that we did not have AB available, and Hash was given an extra few days to recover too. I wonder if they will now bring Hash into the side. Who do they drop?
  11. Balancing a route with the expected numbers can be a challenge. Too much single track and everyone complains about the bottle necks. Also remember that W2W is 4 weekends away, so I suspect that those routes are off limits right now.
  12. Total circus at Loftus. How do you only have 2 backline subs on the bench?!
  13. 178 from 113 balls. Well played Quinny!
  14. Some good cricket on 202 this evening. Rossouw with a quick 63 off 45 balls, Quinny getting to his 11th ODI hundred and Phehlukwayo taking 4 wickets. Proteas in cruise mode at the moment.
  15. My happy place...
  16. There like a bear! Are the trails properly marked? Any trail maps available?
  17. Greyton is one of our favorite weekend getaways. The mountain bike trails are not too shabby either. Some of the red route vistas.
  18. True legend! Well done Ernst.
  19. Good-looking bike. On my Christmas wishlist this year.
  20. The guy scored a very good 88 in the first innings. At this point I'd look to drop van Zyl for AB. Perhaps even let AB keep, let Faf captain and let Quinny open.
  21. He nails them every time. His old man on the other hand... [emoji239][emoji239][emoji239]
  22. Enter my son in 9 or 10 years time... padampam_DISH.
  23. I know all about that dust! If you have any other 'dirty' work that requires chasing into the walls (sleeves for TV surround sound, extra power sockets, etc), do them all now while everything is full of dust.
  24. Here's my list of possible projects for the summer: 1. Install an irrigation system (I know nothing about irrigation systems, so any advise on which systems are good and what to look out for would be appreciated). I need something that is fairly easy to maintain and to change settings on in between seasons. 2. Do a awning for the dogs' kennels. This will add some shade for them, and also protect them against the elements in the winter (they sleep outside). Here I presumably plant tar poles and set them in concrete, join the poles with supporting joists and trusses at say a 10 degree angle sloping to the sides and put sheeting on top. Anything else I need to think about here? 3. Do a shade cloth retractable awning for the veggie patch for summer (It got so hot last year that my lettuce actually scorched in the sun). Here the procedure is presumably similar as in 2, but for the roof I will set up a pully and rope system to be able to retract the awning to manage the amount of direct sunlight the vegetables get. I suspect that here google will be my friend. 4. Lay paving on the back walkway. I have a downpipe that runs straight into the back yard, making the area very wet in winter. The paving needs to be laid to deal with the soak away system here advice here? French drain perhaps?
  25. My 2 year old son enjoys the pump track at Helderberg Farm on his balance bike. Is there anything similar here? Its nice to change the scenery every now and again.
