  1. Settling has never been easier...
  2. Fugly indeed...but apparently rather special http://www.bikeradar.com/mtb/gear/category/bikes/mountain-bikes/full-suspension/product/review-mojo-nicolai-geometron-50373/
  3. Funny how we all differ because this colour scheme just won't grow old for me
  4. Colour combo looks good. You can even pretend that the "S" on the fork stands for "S"anta Cruz :-)
  5. Thanks for the replies guys. These Da Bombs stems look like a good option. Sending you a pm for pricing.
  6. Oh and no...Perormancebikes.co.za does not have stock of the Stryge35
  7. Any tips on where I can find short (50mm-ish) 35mm diameter stems locally?
  8. My Ground Control rear tire also started "sweating" sealant all along the sidewall but that was after a full season of hard work and no punctures so personally I'm happy to pay the affordable price for a new one and chuck out the weeper.
  9. Yeah I also moved over from the Schwalbe camp. While the NoNi worked and held up okay on the front the RoRo on the back was a disaster on anything other than smooth jeep tracks. Even with my feathery weight of 70kg (no calves) they kept puncturing. The spez tires, regardless of their stupidly affordable price, are just better for my type of riding. Stronger, grippier and not THAT much heavier.
  10. Yes....they're brilliant and their price is unbeatable. Read bikeradar reviews and you'll see that both the Buther and the Ground Control makes it onto their top 10 list. Personally I'd take the Buther over the Purgatory up front as it is a bit more versatile and then I have Ground Control on the back for a little speed and slide
  11. How'd you manage that if I may ask? What wheels and fork on it?
  12. Sorry, I have a 110...but even she refuses to get on a scale so goodluck with the 140's
  13. Black!? Where? ;-)
  14. Who the hell filmed me while I was riding!?
  15. Yeah, my (un)fitness levels killed me as well but that's not the organiser's fault. Was a great event and a nice way of giving the enduro scene a bash and I too hit my goal...of not being in the bottom 10 :-)
  16. This one made it into MBUK's reader's pics section Sorry but dig this one too...blurring makes it look like a little toy model
  17. **Potentially offensive post removed
  18. I'll probably be covered in dust and blood should anyone want to give a hand.
  19. Btw, I think everyone at the Enduro should wear a nametag with their BikeHub name on. It'd be like everyone knows each other
  20. This will be my first enduro and really can't wait. I've done a handful of xc events and although those were fun and all I always knew that I much prefer the downhill stuff to the "sitting on the saddle spinning for 3 hours" stuff. Bring it!
  21. Man, I was close to filing down the teeth on that chainring to make it work. Who cares about chain drops if it means you get to put that beauty back on
  22. Was heart broken when this Connex Black EDI didn't play nice with my narrow wide chainring Got this VERY blingy KMC X10SL. Very, very bling ????
  23. The wind is pumping here now so that might explain the nice air he got in the pic
  24. I'd be stoked as hell too. Super nice man!
  25. Hey that's my local spot too these days. We should meet up for a ride sometime...definitely looks like you could teach me a thing or two.
