    I'm using this to protect the bike's nether regions: http://www.cwcycles.co.za/product/all-mountain-frame-fork-guard Having some Stans Arch MK3's being built onto Hope 4's. Picking them on Monday. Had Easton Arc 30 on my Pyga before and really battling with the narrow rims on the Jeffsy. Like the 26mm internal width of the Arch and reckon it will suit this bike very well. Wide and light. Will feed back after first few rides.

    Okay pics it is. My Jeffsy also with 1x11 XT drivetrain and 11-46 Sunrace cassette. Planned upgrades: - Wheels (probably Flow on Hope hubs) - Shock with lockout (probably Monarch Plus)

    On your back Hydration was obviously not top of the priority list during design phase. Luckily I'm a Camelbak fan so don't have this issue.

    Looks neat but I'm not a fan of proprietory components on bikes. Leaves you with no options if you want to change/upgrade it. Take those Giant Overdrive steerer tubes as sn example.

    I'll kick it off with a tech Q. I bought the AL Jeffsy which comes with a Monarch R. I like lockout on long climbs so want to get an RL or RT3 version. My shock is tuned to M/L3. My question is for those Jeffsy owners with the lockout Monarchs...is your tune the same?

    #4 YT Jeffsy 29 - And so I have a new member to add. Continuing along my ever increasing suspension travel journey I just could not resist YT's unbelievably rediculous deals that we are bombarded with in the classifieds One ride in and I'm in love. As great as the Pyga was this rear suspension on the Jeffsy not only keeps up with the Pike up front but actually feels like it surpasses it at times.

    Lol, well spotted. Require a special tool to install Race Face chainring. The day was long because I was looking forward to unboxing and building.

    That is a one-of-a-kind bike journey Tigershel! Beautiful journey Leeubok...hoping mine ends with a Pyga Stage as well. What a bike. Dewaldsss, you're a real cyclist right to to your bones. Awesome journey. How's that Sesto? Nox111, that's a lotta bikes man! Cool to see journeys from all forms of cycling. Keep us updated with the newest addition to the journey.

    So glad this question was asked. Made me revisit at my Pike's settings. Had way too much LSC. After bringing that down it just feels so much better sover the small bumps. Heavens know why I had it that high in the first place!

    Cool, I'm really interested. Just need to find someone who can install it. I do most of the DIY on my bike except the suspension.

    You can remove the flame suit....as long as you have clothes on underneath No arguing that 1x has compromises but for those of us converts the pros outweigh the cons. Just preference, no right or wrong here.
