  2. Something I've noticed now is guys just overtaking, even if its not safe. I think they know that the on coming car will move for them, its amazing to see it. They literally just don't give F.... I drive a Fortuner and its getting to appoint where I'm starting to feel really unsafe, my wife with her Kia reo refuses out right to to drive some of our roads.
  3. so looking at all the advice here, its basically everything between the two wheels?
  4. Not sure if it will help, but after watching this vid all was sorted. The big thing is the position of the derailleur on the small gear and then the gap setting. oh and not to pull the cable tight when installing.
  5. oddly I only had the issue before I used the sram gap adjuster. So far my sunrace is feeling pretty good.
  6. Added some cash, any possibility of making a video when he gets his bike?
  7. sitting with same problem and it drives me nuts. Have you checked the brake pressure, could also be that the calipers are not clamping down hard enough.
  8. I think I'm ready to die now, not sure we can get dumber than this
  9. Contact summitbikes. Great service and quick response, struggled to find one for my bike and they got me sorted. http://summitbikes.co.za/index.php?id_category=20&controller=category
  10. Thanks Jewbacca. All sorted seems it was the chainring, switched to a 3mm off set and the sound is gone.
  11. Again thank for the advice, been running bolt on all my life so this is something new for me. Have a race face cinch so this should be fine? https://bikehub.co.za/classifieds/item/chainrings/441169/wolftooth-cinch-oval-34t-boost-chainring
  12. Thank man, Im currently on a 0mm, will try the 3mm. set up is a 148x12 (Boost)
  13. Hi Hubbers, might be stupid question. How will I know what offset chainring to use, Im getting this grinding sound from my crank ( normally in the Power stroke) so I have a feeling it could be a chain line issue.

  16. I agree with Harry, I'm 1.72 and been riding mediums all my life, the mediums Jeffsy comp feels a bit cramped. Might feel better with a longer stem.
  17. Actually have no idea, was thinking it might be the chainring. Not sure if I need a 1x12 specific, or will any narrow wide work? Could it be the chain line? Haven't had the chance to do a proper ride (New build) so its hard to say. My cassette also has a slight wobble, guess the shop didn't fit it right.
