  4. I have never been to a chiro, but use Body Stress Release to sort my lower back issues out. But not the soft touch type. That does nothing for me. The practitioner I see has hands of steel and penetrates deep into the muscle. As mentioned my someone previously, stretching is highly under rated. If I don't stretch regularly, I find myself in trouble and looking for a BSR appointment.

  10. My bike came with a tall top cap, so I took it back to the LBS and asked for a flat one. So they rummaged around their bits and pieces bucket and found one that fitted. Not all flat caps fit all headsets. ie its got to press on the right places to seal and load the bearings etc.

  12. I also had my Anthem X frame crack at the same point a few weeks ago. I asked for the option to get a 29'er frame and was given one for an upcharge. Proof purchase was required.
