I was up @ UCT to watch. A nice litte storm cloud came to dampen things a bit and then someone tw@t pressed the button 3 minutes early so I did'nt get any photos! We were lucky with the traffic and got out of there quickly, but its still pretty jammed up there.

I tried white lightning (green or blue bottle) and eventually switched to squirt. Seems to last longer, especially when things get wet

They are not the cheapest on everything. It still pays to shop around. Between CWC, BuyCycle and Peter Wheeler, there is almost no need to go overseas. Of course, there will always be an exception as CRC still has the biggest range of products. BuyCycling get thier stuff from local agents - that could explain the higher prices on Campy goods

I had a few queries re. stock and pricing and they were very quick to answer. Impressed! I suggested a mate order some stuff from them instead of CRC as their prices were better. He got free delivery and it got there quicker than they said it would. I would definitely use them next time I was shopping and would reccommend them to anyone as well.

I try do most stuff myself, but I dont know everything and I dont always have time (or space) and my 3 year old always wants to help (hit things with a hammer), so BMC (in Woodstock) gets to work on my bike. I rate them highly and reccommend them to anyone who will listen.

Mampara's suggestion is probably the best. I tried the Alligator system with continuous cables right before Sani this year, and I had to replace them all when I got back. I wasnt impressed! Gore has a fully sealed system, but its pretty expensive.

I have used Shimano for several years with no real complaints. I am going to try the Look Keo 2 Max - just for the sake of trying something different.

There are sectoins of the M5 that I find scary in my car! I couldnt imagine riding them on my bike...

I get very confused trying to differentiate between integrated and semi integrated. Different manufacturers call them different things like Press fit and Drop In and Campy Style and Cane Creek something or other. I want to put a Hope headset into my Giant Anthem and cant get a straight answer from anyone.

Are you talking about a quick shag on the washing machine (spin cycle) or trawling bars picking up chicks and taking home a Coyote @ 3:00? The one requires a bit less effort and you get a lot more sleep than the other ...

I have been using this for ages as well. I usually chuck in a few bottles when I do a CRC order. Nice to see that CWC is expanding their range. Rapidly! Great stuff!
