    Both Woolworth's in broad-acres are happy for you to leave your bike inside doors of shop with security guards , they even wave you in when leaving bike outside There is a big biking community that ride from there and Woolworth's seem to realize value of cyclists as customers

    Ok so certainly not knocking him or whining , I particularly like Cavendish .and get the Olympic pressure 4 wins this time and 30 in total put him in a special league , will miss him on the final day .     So up front I don't get all the intricacies of the TDF. It does however seem somewhat wrong for a sprinter to burn himself out on the sprinter type stages win a few than withdraw Seems a bit like going flat out to get the strava KOM segment than getting a lift home with KOM bragging rights !

    http://www.aquaspresso.co.za/ The coffee I make is mostly black or Espresso so skipped the milk parts as they are a pain to clean ;-) Went Jura Micro 9 and just use a frother for the odd cappuccino, Also bean to cup is cheaper per cup than Pods but capital outlay more , ave 3 cups a day take about a year to start being more cost effective. but the smell and sound of beans grinding is priceless ....

    In fairness us Guys that only use the Cradle to warm up for 94.7 must drive the proper roadies mal ! Back on topic - Its a fast dangerous sport and if a bit of shouting at me when I am getting it wrong makes it safer for all , all good ;-) A thank you afterwards would tone it down and make it ok !

    Hey Brian , 94,7 did go through there , you can access from golf course to , if you ask at gate answer is no if you just ride nothing is said ! All ways to nervous to push my luck though

    This will get you killed !! Pull a paintball and it looks like a real firearm , shoot someone with it and they are hurt but not enough to stop them shooting you with a real firearm and live rounds hurt more than paint balls

    Got some at complete Cyclist - Main Rd, Bryanston R350 , but collecting today so worth the extra $$. The tool has always given me the sh^ts on where to store and is to far away when needed. Neat solution ;-)

    All this is great and dandy , to play and grind etc but if you want coffee do a lifestyle investment and get a Jura Its so much easier to face the world on the morning after a decent cup of java !!
