Doesn't unjust enrichment only apply if the sale was invalid or subsequently became invalid? SJ seems to be implying there was a valid sale between himself and Bester.

Or have the letter of demand served on him by the sheriff. Costs about 200 bucks but, unless he's already done this before, it's usually quite intimidating and you get a return of service.

I've always known it as long slow distance but have had my ears chewed off in the past by people that know it as long steady distance. Either way, it is basically base training.

Racechick, a good LBS will let you take the bike for a spin around the parking lot. Why don't you go try one out (if you can find a LBS that has one in the right size in stock) and let us know what you think?

What they say about WSD bikes makes sense - women have shorter upper bodies and longer legs in relation to men - but I've cycled for years and am comfy on my bikes. Don't think I could be more comfy/have a better ride on a WSD bike.

Raleigh has been making basic bikes for years but only got into racing bikes (road and mountainbike - as opposed to commuting bikes) recently. People still associate the name Raleigh with cheap bikes you buy at Shoprite. Wasn't it Raleigh that, when they first started making actual road bikes, didn't have a top of the range frame for the team they were sponsoring so they put Raleigh stickers on Schwinns? Was a couple of years ago. Help me out here.

A poll to see how many hubbers have actually ridden (and I don't mean a test ride around the parking lot) both Campag and Shimano and still prefer one or the other. And by Campag and Shimano I mean Record and Dura-Ace - one can't compare Veloce to Ultegra or 105 to Record. But how many people out there have actually had an opportunity to ride both and be in the position to make a qualified decision before ripping either one off? Only the pro's? Me thinks not many.
