Not to Hijack the thread but-Got Clipped on the handlebar by a white Polo on the way in to Harties on Friday at about 5pm on that narrow road past the Superspar, went offroading and fell over (literally) in the grass. The falling was quite funny because my legs were so wobbly (from fright) that I could not unclip. And guess what not a single driver stopped to help-just the pedestrians who assisted. Just some scratches and a numb bum. So I was truly lucky in comparison what happened to the Bulk Meat guys.

CAADMAN, I Agree with Token, Dr Seuss, IFLY and Gumpole, Cytomax is the bomb. But quite pricey. Try the peachy-Lemonade flavour stay away from the Grape -like u I also have a sensitive stomach. For recovery with Michelle on that one EAS recovery is the best tastes like Sh&t but it works and does not mess with the tum. Tried the Isodrive and it did not sustain me like Cytomax. Ek wil nou nie die ding spoil nie maar ek het die movie gesien in Durban, my take op dit is: Groot pharmaceutical company het $$$ vir research, nou maak ons n movie, O watter nice tema val in daarmee, Uhm kom ons gebruik cycling. Daar is 2 memorable scenes, een waar n helikopter die roete volg en dan een waar hulle die kamera op die grond het by n afraande en die ouens vlieg verby. As dit n pure cycling fliek was ja great maar die 2 temas is verwarrend.
