Feel the same Widget, if i want to do aereobics i would join an aerobics class. I like to train as i would similiar to if i was on the road. Some instructors do the popcorn move where you move up and down continuouly something you will never do on a road bike, its just too exhausting. Fortunately there are VA instructors (Boksburg) that do what i consider a good workout.

Hah!!! I know from experience it takes a lot less to get a Boksburg filly to put out... I must be doing something wrong then

For the Argus a chip is compulsory and they check to see if you have one on before going into your start pen, whether its your chip or not is a different story, i know of strong riders that have worn their mates to give them a good seeding.

I dont see how CSC can keep him on, in light of recent happenings. How can he be tasked to keep the team clean when he himself was guilty. I reckon a lot more skeletons are still to be uncovered.
