Apart from the section between milnerton to the bidvest building(i usually use the road because of the stop go along the cycle track) i use it from milnerton to tableview and to town. Have had 2 punctures in about 60 outings so not that bad. What i have noticed however is that the cycle track is not being maintained properly lately with plant growth over the path, lots of tar being brocken up between N1 bridge and town.
Won't buy from SW. Bought a polar there once and the woman behind the counter was clueless to such a degree that she handed me the watch to try to figure it out myself. WTH

Reminds me of the times me and a friend use to go out riding to Klipheuwel side. There was a ostrich farm and we used to take our moms handbag mirrors and flash them at the ostriches as we cycled by and they would run nexto the fence following the reflection from the mirror. It was a slight downhill and they used to move next to us. was very funny, so we used to turn around and do it all over again. aaahhh to be young...
Not sure if this has been mentioned but I really enjoy the English commentators on the highlights channel. He gets so excited u could be mistaken for thinking your watching motor gp race. Nice for a change from hearing Phil and Paul.
I dilute 30% water with 70% engine cleaner. There's nothing on the market that can clean a bike so well. Been doing it for years and no problems. Chain comes out sparkling clean. I've heard if its a absolute must and u have forgotten to get lube and u racing the next day, spray and cook works well.
Yip. Going to trade in all the big engined company cars for smaller engined vehicles. Will have to up our tariffs as well. Going to be a couple of miffed clients calling us next week, but what is a company of our size meant to do?
