    So he has run out of Giants and now sell Cannondales. Was about to get in car to drive to Swellendam to have a look at bike but had not made a deposit yet when I get a call that told me that other interested party had taken the bike. Deposit was to secure sale.

    This Argus season I attempted not to run red robots and was about 95% successful. Jumped on many riders who blatantly went through red robots and the most common retort was "Oh sorry I did not see it was red!" Duh!! BUT where I am most successful is off-road where I NEVER jump ANY robots - kudo's

    Te groot is beter as te klein maar nommer pas is net reg. Skollie do your homework - google is your friend. Bikes are too expensive to get the wrong size.

    You're not serious !?! If this was a genuine and most pressing concern in the cycling community according to you.(And it is) Then YOU would obey the LAW. Laws are usually there for very good reasons and you will still discover this and I sincerely hope that you will not discover this the hard way but that is more than likely how you will. Reality is sometimes a hard taskmaster! Oh to be young! I am part of a select group on the net - we are net goblins. You are most welcome to join us as you have passed with flying colours or should that be RED only.

    Remove the logo and try get permission to use it. If the logo was part of the picture it should be okay but you are using it as an add-on. Otherwise great idea. I feel ripped off by the other company! My number 8018 shows me in about 20yrs time

    Have done 24 Argus's and always had serious "twinges" at about 75km mark that told me to ease up. Last two none - I added +- 2ml pure salt per litre to my fluids. Asked a doctor(who works mainly in rural Africa) about cramping and he said simple "add salt" Loss of salt changes the chemical balance of your blood. My normal diet is low salt. When you sweat you loose a LOT of salt - all that white stuff on helmet straps is pure salt - taste it. You need to replace that salt as you go along. This worked for me so try it but there are other reasons for cramping too as in lack of training etc. On any ride under 3hrs I "run" on water and salt only and nothing else. Everything else is too much of a hassle and the gain too small. In the past I used Arnica tablets on the ride to "cure" the cramps and it worked but I think that was more of a mental thing.

    Will be looking for all those over 90kgs - GREAT windbreakers - with my 67kgs I just get sucked in right behind you can't help it. I think a LOL is in order.
