The federation should have a set number of clauses that must be in the rider's contract. At the moment a rider can be held civilly liable if they dope, but that's it. They should be held criminally responsible. A lot of people said that if they serve their sentences, they should be allowed to race. The fact of the matter is that the overwhelming majority of dopers don't dope as a once off.

So, he received ozone therapy in Sept 2013, for "life threatening illness." If it's true no problem. But.... that's not why he was banned. He was banned for offenses in 2014-15. I can't believe that increased O2 levels will still be present 6 months later. Surely if he was banned for the spike in oxygen levels caused by the therapy his ban would be from the when the spike was detected (Sept 13, plus 6 weeks perhaps?)

The problem apparantly was that Stb traffic dept showed up, but the provincial dept who covered the 75 and 110 did not.

I also did the 45km. There was marshalls at the right places, and I was waved though by all the officials. There was a waterpoint - I feel it could have been good if there was another earlier. I agree however that the finish could have been better marked. Lastly.... I do feel that a bit later start might result in a bit better turnout, although in all fairness the weather was crap at the start.
