  2. Hmmm, going to use some of that lovely Northern Farms water to create the mud pit?
  3. Ping mods. Can you please move this thread to the correct forum? This OP is not giving any training or nutritional advice, but merely advertising.
  4. How many kms have you done?
  5. Yip, cassette is also worn.
  6. Ja, like if you were in the army or something.
  7. So, this is where you get your hubname from.
  8. I didn't realise that the Epic was on a track
  9. Try them out, you could fit a large, with a bit of a longer stem (which should be a bit lighter than an XL frame).
  10. It's your race number. The letter your number starts with is your group.
  11. Is there going to be a ride tonight?
  12. Don't forget about the volume of people. The satellite race was only a regional race with +-1500 entrants, mostly from Gauteng/NW. 94.7 has +-25000 entrants from the whole of SA, so don't be surprised when there could be people with better seeding than yourselves and they are slotted in before your starting group. I don't know if this is the case for each situation, but just bear this in mind.

  14. I just picked this up. Reynolds 531:
  15. Give this guy a negative rating under "Marketplace" in his profile. I too have been given the run around by these guys with 0 posts, now I just don't deal with them.

  17. I also appreciate the Think Bike guys, but what I observed, starting from the TM (tandems) was with the U16 guys that started 1 minute behind us, they had a pace car (from the Jacaranda Cycling club), two bike marshalls, and a support vehicle, and there were only 4 guys in the group, while we did not have one marshall.

  19. As long as you guys are similar in strength and riding techniques, no problems at all. It will take a few rides together to get into the same rythme, but once there, all good. Mind you, I am talking from riding a tandem on the road though.
