My son has a Signal bike. What attracted me to it was the fact that it has trigger shifting and not grip shifting. Might be a bit on the heavy side but frame is solid and build quality is good.

Entered beginning of the year for the original event in April. Entry still stands so will just wait and see closer to the date. Really hope that it does go ahead as would like to get a race under the belt for this year. Was planing on doing satelite classic, but the date clashes with our daughter graduation so guess that is a no no.

I find creating your own routes (maps) also helps. Have created multiple routes such as Oudsthoorn to George, Knysna to Natures Valley, Harrismith to Clarens (Via Golden Gate) etc. Only issue I have is that the app I use has some issues with the Topography in same cases. Was doing a simulated ride from Simons Town over Smitsvinkel and Chappies and on chappies hit a slope of 19% (couldn't even turn the pedals)
More specifics would go a long way to you possibily finding your V650. The Bidon parking lot is massive. Also some people might not know what your are refering to by just saying 'V650'.
