    As dave303 said, would suggest a replacement. Any major bump to the helmet would of caused weakness in the structure even if visibly it still looks okay.

    The longest session I do on the IDT is roughly between 90 and 120 mins. Aslo just go for the Oros / water mix and find that it is more than adequate. A post ride recovey normally results in a ice cold beer.

    I have a second hand Giro helmet that I will be more than willing to donate should it be required. PM me if needed. Stay close enough to the Nyati's to even drop it off.

    Have signed up for the Virtual Ride. See that they are splitting it into 3 stages that can be ridden over a defined period of time.

    This is just terrible. Live in the area so will keep a lookout. Maybe pay a visit to the local cash converters (the one opposite Trinity House). One never knows but it could turn up there.

    If the Grade R is affiliated to a school that offers Gr1-7, then they probably need the sick note as the school needs to submit absentee reports to the GED. If a private Grade R, then I would not be too concerned
