    I fear this is heading for a barloworld-esque implosion. Granted they haven't won that many races this year. so they've added 1 new SA rider and whats it, 3 Euro's? Think Jim is also out....

    cant remember when last I rode my bike without a chain but I would think its seriously off putting with no resistance against my feet....?

    must say he obviously was in good shape meaning he's been training, meaning that he was confident in being vindicated, I suppose meaning an innocent man not giving up on getting back to the top of the world. good on him!

    disclaimer: haven't read everything I though it was common knowledge that, for example, lighter tyres and rims are a better upgrade than lighter hubs? as the parts on the outside of the wheel have more affect in terms of rotational (is that a word?)weight?

    the chain ring bolts from a 2x crank will be fine for a 1x setup, but I do believe on a shimano SLX crank a 32 ring wont fit....
