i dont really know enough about Robbie personally to comment on that, but he must be tougher and harder working than the other SA pro's who gave it a shot overseas... He made it happen, and riden on top pro tour teams.... That firey attitude that sometimes doesnt win him freinds, is the same one that has made him a sprint contended at the highest level... I still remember watching him win that Tour stage, i went off my rocker!!!! ranks with the best moments i can remember in sport

i'v just got a Giant XTC1 29er.... I'v never smiled on a bike like this bike makes me,, truely awesome, BUT... from the outset i upgraded the bike to full XT, and put on KCNC seatpost and bars.. this dropped it to 11,4kg.... The wheels are heavy, solid and stiff as hell.... and now a race set of wheels is due!! i'm looking at building hopes with ZTR rims, but am worried that the awesome ride that this bike has is partly due to the solid stiff wheels, and the light ZTR rims wont have this??? Am i right or wrong? THe stock wheelset alone weighs over 2,2kg!!

Ingredients as follows:- - Avena Sativa extract 10:1 - 6 acetoxy-3-hydroxy-17-keto-etioallcholane - 17a-methyl-17bhydroxyl-3-keto-delte-1,4,6 - etioallocholtriene Condensed Agaricus bisporus extract. This is all Greek to me, but can anybody advise me as to the legitamisy of this stuff, and whether its banned. the bottle has a price on it @ R450 per 60 capsules. The product is made in Cape town.

Whats a good light 29er wheelset for racing? will train on my heavy ones. I know the American Classics are light and tough, what other options are there?

I agree aswell.. but you dont have to be tall for it to be scewed... im 5'9 ish and 76kg. my BMI i think is like 25?? which makes me borderling overweight? i carry little fat, and am not bulky muscular wise, but am strongly built.. i think the problem with BMI is muscle mass? if you carry a bit of muscle the scale is badly scewed..

you tube "Theo Bos"... his mates motor paced him behind a little renault clio (i think) to 132km/h on his normal Rabobank team bike. Myself MTB. 84km/h dirt road near underberg, and snake bite flatted rear wheel at that speed. luckily the rear tire!!!

What size are you? I'v got a medium carbon mongoose, with new american classic 26 disc wheels (Tubeless) KCNC seatpost, Easton bar and stem. Brand new never riden Avid Juicy 3 brakes, and Brand new deore crank. XT deraillers. I'll let it go for R10k

How do you guys know these pressures are accurate? I have 2 different pumps and a pressure guage, and they all read different pressures. As much as 15% variance. I now just squeeze the tyre, and make sure its a bit squisshy!!!

Ya.. i ordered 1 as a test, it took just under 3 weeks, then i ordered another. the package with 1 shirt in is about the size of a hamburger!!!! so i guess customs never considered it was clothing??

i'v bought 2 shirts in the last 3 months.. awesome. I wasnt charged duties?? maybe because 1 shirt is a really small package, and the local customs cant read chineese on the package??!! sizing is a little more snug then the local medium, but not much. stitching and material really seem good quality... i paid about R 250 each
