I have a 3 year old girl, and a 3 week old boy!!! and its all good.... the question you need to ask is? do you want to get old alone?!! without kids you'r on your own later in life.... kids are the best!!! oh, and it is possible to have the full carbon dura ace bike + carbon mtb + ride 7 - 10 hours a week + full time job!!! keeps you out of trouble!!

i'v inheritted millions from family i never knew in the UK.... amazing that the emails always come from hotmail, or yahoo addresses??? i actually did get an sms from Homemark this week saying i'v won "an inflatable bed"!!! guess i'll pass!! i would probably have to sit through some sales pitch to claim it!!!

i stopped making energy bottles for my morning training rides, because it was just a hastle... for about a year i have been riding on water for any ride shorter than 2 hours, and i'v never felt better!!! even flat out intense rides on empty stomach... i cant comment on the weight lose thing, my weight doesnt seem to change much...

Either that year or the following year, on a mountain top finish (penultimate stage) lance and jan crested the climb together, lance securing tour win. Lance let jan go infront of him, which gave jan enough bonus seconds to ensure he was second overall. as jan crossed the line he put his hand back to lance thanking him.... Damn i miss those Armstrong / ullrich battles!!!!

seriously a sad situation. It is known in property agent circles, that having people riding bicycles in your area can increase property values by 10 - 15%.... potential buyers see it as a good community!!! food for thought..

Boys and Girls.... i have a family member who was hit by a car on a bicycle... he is now living a very limited life. What our extended family went through as he was left as a vegetable in hospital for months is unthinkable, and its not over... i know of another hubber who lost his dad... Please, stop and wind your necks in!!! To the cradle residents.... don't hit a cyclist. It will ruin your life, emotionallly, and legally. Cyclists... don't ride all over the road.. i know its hard when you are riding easily and having a conversation, but try stay tight left!!! My solution is, ride hard all the time and keep the bunch stretched out!!!

i take a piece of denim type material cut it so that its quite a bit bigger than the cut... and superglue it over the cut on the inside of the tyre.. make sure thesuperglue is properly dry before puttin the tube back.. if you want you can put some glue in the rubber side to stop grit filling up the gap..

grease skewers, and check the litle allan key studs holding the rear derailler hanger are tight!!! i'v recently had similar experience to you... rebuilt just about everything on the bike, and it was the hanger!!!

Cramping = pain and suffering bonking = just suffering!!! i'm not sure which is worse?? my sani partner 2 years ago was lying on his back still clipped in, cramping everywhere... 2 other guys had to help me get him unclipped and stretch him!!! i cant emagine the pain he suffered!!

i'v read somewhere that some pro's purposefully ride till they bonk from time to time in training.... apparently teaches your body to cope / conditions you?? i'v bonked a few times, and if you not sure if you have or haven't,,, a sure sign is, tears well up in your eyes!! you even want to cry tears of joy when you get home!!!!

i was closely inspecting my new dura ace 7900 cassette vs. older ultegra 6600... visually the ramp and tooth profiles are exactly the same.. the ultegra cassette runs, and shifts on my new bike (new dura ace) exactly the same as the dura ace cassette?? i have the ultegra casstte on my training wheels.... so i suppose you are just paying for the 40 grams or so less?? Anybody have any inside info on if there is actually any change in the new cassette design?
