Just got my TCR Advanced ISP build up and went for the first ride.Although its a 2006 model this is one mean machine.I never knew what responsiveness meant until after my ride on this machine

Camelback MULE is best.

I do +- 4000 km on a 10 speed Dura Ace chain but I do clean it twice a week and lube it propperly afterwards

Michelin Pro race 2 and Vredenstein Fortezza Tricomp.These are both great tyres and I even ride them on the trainer every now and then.(not advisable as they are pricey)

Specialized Race.They are expensive but the padding last very long.Or at least until you crash

I have a pair that I train with.Had them for two years.Never broke a spoke,never been trued and still going strong.They do have a lot of flex in a sprint though,but that you can live with by just opening your rear brake callipar.I weigh 75 kg.Good value for money.

I ride 10 speed DA,clean my chain once a week,lube it after every 3 rd ride and I get between 4000 and 4500 km on a chain.But if it is still a concern just ride with the Ultegra chain

I think its a littering issue with sachets.People don't always drink it straight away and litter in places where they do not plan to clean up.After Comrades you see these sachets for months on the road

These BMI indexes are only guidelines.I am 1.74 m tall,my weight at 77 kg's,have a fat percentage of 9%(tested at Garry Beneke with callipers) and stil my BMI sits on 25 which is high.

What will be the best bet in wheels.Dura-Ace or Mavic Ksyriums SL.Which is the cheapest and which have the better features.(Weight,performance,price ect.
