V12man Posted October 7, 2013 Share Picked up a really old Bridgestone MB2 for R 450 today. Idea is tyo give it it the gardener, but jislaaik, thats a really nice frame, with lugs and all. They are not paragon sliders, but the cheaper version.... work the same... just perfectly - although running a 2.3 rear tire on the STR29 means not using them with as short a chain as possible. My 26er just happens to have a magic ratio on a standard chain - and it works fine till the chain is just over 1% wear - then I swap the chain out... so I have no real idea when it will fail or slip... chains are so cheap anyway..
