MORNE Posted February 24, 2021 Share Cool story:When i was at uni we were doing an urban design project that proposed an utopian idea that private cars be removed from business districts and be replaced by small prototype city cars as private transport. At the time gordon murry was busy exploring just such a vehicle according to the company blog at the time. With me being an avid f1 fan and him being an ex Saffa and all i thought....meh- “i’m just straight up going to email him” and ask to chat about the idea. - never really expecting him to actually respond. Well he did reply and we had a few discussions on the idea. There i was having a casual chat about cars with the guy responsible for some of the greatest f1 cars in history and the mclaren f1. Should have gone back to silver already.
