One particular one that stood out was the year the tsunami happened in early 2000s and he donated around 30mil to relief efforts.Found it: he donated 50mil the last 5 years he drove. He built schools in Dakar, clinics in wartorn countries, childrens homes in peru, donated 10mil to the Clinton foundation, donated milions to unesco as well. Hamilton lobbies hard for creating equal oppertunitied for black kids in motorsports, but what has HE done to further the cause? I am still a firm believer if every driver got a DECENT chance in his car he would be mid pack.It is always interesting to watch ROC and see who really is the best. AFAIK Lewis has never been invited, pity, then we would really know if he is as good as his fans make him out to be.

Shumie at one point was wotht a billion dollars as i recall. Rossi is worth around 150 million to put things in perspective. I see Button on the list...i see him from time to time in the area i live, i dont think he lives in the UK full time however i should ask him for a las. He came within 20 seconds of lapping him in Imola in the same car even though he also had a spin/crash at one stage. In P1 and P2 yesterday he was consistently over 1s a lap faster. Hell, he split Vettel and Gio on his soft tire run at one stage before his lap got deleted for track limits. They need to put him in the Alfa next to kimi so he can learn from someone who actually knows something. He'll learn nothing from Maz at this rate. ScottCM and Vetplant 2

Really makes me feel bad f0r the position Bottas has in that team I think it may be because it would have been Lewis'100th pole. I agree, it must suck for Bottas though.

Long Wheel Base Posted May 3, 2021 Posted May 3, 2021 That is such an awesome track. I love the undulations and the really sharp corners. Really hope it becomes one of the tracks used every year. The helicopter and overhead shots were also so cool on that track.Would have preferred to see the AM as the safety car, thought they were going to alternate.For me the final result sucks but it was still a good race with some drivers in weaker cars showing their skills.Did Kimi have a brain fart? Maybe that's why he just pulled over and went home, surely he could have nursed it back to the pits for a wing change? Vetplant 1
