What is the F1 Eifel Grand Prix? - F1 - Autosport "While there was no German GP initially on this year's calendar, following Hockenheim's omission for 2020, the Nurburgring's stand-in race has been named after the area the circuit is located in, while also giving a nod to the wider region as the Eifel mountains stretch across Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg." WrightJnr Posted October 9, 2020 Posted October 9, 2020 Interesting video on YouTube where Porsche took the 919 LMP1 car when it retired from competition and removed all the LMP1 limitations (engine restrictions, aero, weight) and then ran it at Spa. It broke Hamilton's lap record.I saw that. Was good to watch. But then derestricting one car to race another still restricted is well pointless. Remove all the silly F1 regulations and let’s see just how fast that Merc really is!

Found it quite interesting the VR created a real life state for the driver with regard to sensory response etc. Suggesting the brain interprets the risk as real and not a game.
