Less than 24 hours from "adding to basket" and my order is in my hands!

Made my first online purchase (cycling related, buy tech stuff online all the time). Buycycle had a special on bib shorts and since my LBS (whom I usually support) has limited variety of clothing- I decided to give it a try:

 

Ordered on Sunday 16 February, got a email notification that the order was placed.

 

On Wednesday 19 February a lady e-mailed me to inform me that they did not have one (i ordered two) bib in stock. I said no problem and chose another colour bib.

 

On Friday 21 February I recieved a tracking number. RAM was used as courier.

 

On Tuesday 25 February the package was delived to my door. The bibs were correct sizes and I am happy with my purchase.

 

I'm just a bit worried for their part- 7 woking days (9 in total) to deliver a small order? From what I've heard CWC sometimes deliver the next day...

 

Will definitely give them a try next time round.

Beside a bit of communication concerns, they are legit and good to go! Delivery and the quality of the product was awesome.

Post. Thus 50/50 percent chance of not receiving goods. Luckily though, CRC will resend a parcel if claimed lost after 8 weeks or so.

Used diveinn (part of group) couple of years back and no problems. Their postage was bit pricey but they used DHL
